Here is a quick GROUNDING MEDITATION based on the 4-4-6 breath-work technique.

This is a guided meditation specifically designed to help you relax. Becoming relaxed, calm, and centred, is the foundation of meditation. Physically feeling safe enough to relax your body is a crucial step in cptsd, trauma, and unprocessed emotional healing. Safety and security is connected to the root chakra and how safe we feel in our physical body. Relaxation in itself is healing, it increases our ability to concentrate, and allows us to open up our body’s, minds, hearts, and Spirits. Physically relaxing often times is a new experience for many people and takes continuous practice until the physical feeling of relaxation becomes free and natural.
